Will an AGP 4x card work on an 8x mobo? I know it wont be as good, but will it actually work?

i aint sure about the actaully physical shape of the 4x and 8x... but if the 4x fits then your mobo will just work at 4x instead at 8x

check your motherboard manual, some will only allow 8x.

yes it will mate No difference in size, just the amount of data received that is different, your mobo will adjust to AGP 4x like B19 GAV said.
