its one of the those things that we jst cant win, if we slate ourselves we get called attention seekers etc, if we say we liek the way we look, then we get called full of ourselves etc. also everyday on tv, in magazines etc all we see is slim, beautiful woman who are seen as 'perfect' just reminding us of all our faults. theres ALWAYS adverts everywhere for diets (companies liek weight watchers etc), and all these anti ageing creams etc to show women how 'perfect' they could look, yet its all just crap to sell their product

i am yet to find a girl who is happy with themselves,

yet most blokes just dont care,

life is to short to worry about crap like that ;p

how often do u see males on here tho goin about all these 'perfect' women, or if a lass posts a pic of herself they go on sayin 'shes fat' or 'shes minging' etc, pick on all the faults etc, no wonder we have low self esteem.

i dont exactly love the way i look, but i knwo it could be worse, id never go as far as gettin surgery to change the way i look, i dont even wear that much make up etc. i do work out etc to try and stay reasonably slim, but this isnt jst for looks, makes me feel better, healthier in long run and so my clothes stil fit (although the alcohol seems to be winning now

), as far as im concerned though if someone doesn tliek the way i look, then they can close their eyes when i pass

id never let myself get proper fat, not just for looks but the health risks behind it, fk having a heart attack and dyin at 40. one of my biggest pet hates which i ALWAYS see at work is parents with FAT kids coz they let them eat crappy food. when they come up for their meal the parents will ask the kids if they want salad etc, or a proper cooked meal and its amazin the amount of kids who say that they dont liek any of it and ONLY liek chocolate cake, so for sunday lunch a parent will actually let their child eat 3 r 4 bits of choclate cake and thats it

but also think its up the lady if they are unhappy with there fitness and weight to do something about it,

but 90% of ladies nowadays dont have a problem with there weight its jsut all the silly adverts and supermodels etc that think cause they live like that, that others should
