Yeh do that ^^^^ My mate got a manky bag of hula hoops, so he sent the packet back to them and they sent him tons of vouchers for free hula hoops

I had a Kit Kat Bar with no wafer, and for a laugh i sent it back with a note and they sent me a load of free kit kats along with all of their differant flavors.

whop got a can of carling full of water - which meant she won a few thousand quid - but sued them cause she opened it at like 1am, and wanted alcohol not water
