when i dealt with them they phone me up at work to say that my goods would be a week late. Must of gone down hill after i used em imo

have to say ive only ordered once but they said 3-4 days, induction kit was here after only 2 days. excellent service and a very clear and helpful diagram made from PVD for fitting came with it and i managed to fit it myself which is good for me. personally one of the best companies ive ever ordered off! but it was a long time ago and from what people say about them now i would have to think twice about ordering from them again

it seems there main problem is with getting things they havent actually got in stock. i understand this aint really their problem as such, but lack of contact with the customer is not good for company/customer relations. if they sorted themselves out would you order form them again?

I'm voting excellent as i have used them once and had no problem at all. The thing i wanted was out of stock so i left them with my number and when the stock came in they phoned me up and all was good

i know my bro used em to get a piper zorst for his vx and they took ages....forgot the order then realised it had to be built...took weeks..altho he put up with it as he knows the owner.
