you pull up to the gates and the stop when the docking baord indicates you to stop, this varies depending on which aircraft your in, length width etc, then you change frequency on the nav, and the gates rolls out to meet you, then the food truck rises to meet you. Then the ground vehicles come and start maintenance work on the plane, the whole process takes about 20 mins, after which the APU vehicle will eave your aircraft and your free to taxi out again

Wrong, Airtours still used their colour scheme right up until Q2 2003
