OK, here we go..
i bought my car 3 weeks ago of a female, her husabnd fitted the scorpion backbox to the car but what has happened it this.....
<<<> backbox here > bigbore pipe going into a converter here > coverter joins existing pipe here > normal exhaust goes to engine here <>>>
problem is this... the the converter and the existing pipe are the same diameter, therefore the dont snugly fit one has been forced into the other by being cut either side 1" done the side. then a clamp has been bodged over it
i unfortunatly live in telford land of roundabouts and shitloads of speedbumps
they have caused my backbox to fall of twice and now im fed up, what can i do? someone must have come accross this as it it the officialy corsa 1.4 16v sport scorpion back box
also, is it possible to but the rest of the system with out the backbox as this would help me tons

go to an exhaust place and they'll easily sort out all of the problems.
doesn't sound like a hard job. system can be taken out and replaced.

Sounds too me like they've Used the backbox of a system (Scorpion systems are 2.5" bore all the way to the backbox) for some reason. thats the only reason i can think of to explain the strange bore size.
You may be able to get the intermediate part of the system, but you'd have to go to Scorpion Directly as they wont stock it as a normal part. Proberbly easier to just get a custom Centre section made up  .

Yes thats how it comes not bodged just fitted!!
