Im planning how to tell my boss nicely that none of his staff are happy and were all looking for new jobs and want a pay rise????

tell him when he's in a good mood lol thats about all the advice i can give

i had my 3 month review today, all excellent remarks and found that in another 3 month when i come off my 6 month training period i will be eligible for a pay rise... hopefully will be loads lol ... we'll see
