Gutted is a big word to use. either that or people on here are 'gutted about everything.

im gutted i havent been to the toliet for an hour today

its better than using the word 'innit' allthe time out of context.

At work, all the bosses keep saying "fair play" instead ok 'ok' - really does my head in!

i always use 'gutted'...
and i use 'wounded ' alot of the time...

for example... sumone fails over.... wounded!
