That is flightsim 2002/2004 with projectmagenta panels, everything used is purchasable online... cheap as chips

bits are from aircraft breakers... some guy from USA bought the front end of a 737 and actually modified it in his garage and fit 20+ screens with feedback controls (vibrate etc)
