Right, i have just downloaded a film that is on a cue file. I understand that this is a image but i cant open it usin my Daemon Virtual drive. I also went to burn this but couldnt because its 771mb, just a 71mb bigger than a standard 80 minute cd

Any suggestions? or programs etc?? If i can find a program then i am thinking of just copying it onto ma desktop and watch it there

Nero allows you to overburn, IE stick more than 700mb on a CD. Or just buy 800mb CDs.
As for it not mounting in the Virtual Drive, open the .Cue file and check that the .bin filename in there is the same as the file is actually called.
