Did anybody go to Global Gathering?
What an awesome day/night. We got the train up which was full to the brim with die hard clubbers. The police were at the stratford end to welcome us as we got on the bus. People racking up making sure all the drugs are used b4 we hit the queue and dreaded search. Queue was huge but the search was nothing! police fully blagged us all i heard sniffer dogs were supposed to be in full force! what aload of bollocks, if i knew the search was gona be so shit i wuda took sum in wiv me!
headed straiught for the beach arena to see Tim Deluxe live and Roger Sanchez, Paul Oakenfold changed the mood totally with an amazing but dark prorgessive house and tech trance set.
The DnB room was amazing, loadsa rude boys but no trouble at all, Mampi Swift rocked it even tho the sound was shite.
Tidy boys played an utter shit set! tidy after tidy choones , god boys dont you have ne diversity in ur sets!
Farley played an ok set wasnt his usual filth n dirty i was used to tho!
James Zabiela played a stocking set especially dropping Song 2 - Blur (god this man is going to be MASSSIVE)
Ferry Corsten oh my god what a set, hands in the air old time classic trance and tech trance set. hearing everyone sing along to punk and rock your body rock was wicked!!
PVD what can i say, the man is a God!
the atmosphere was brill i didnt c ne trouble apart from a few chases from security. the sun was shining but the morning was quite chilly! But all in all a top bollocks night.

Did you actually like Ferry Corstens set? I think he is shit and so predictable....played pretty much the same set at Godskitchen in newcastle earlier in the year
Dave Clark and Morrilos sets did it for me
