Bit bizzare this one, Got a pc at work where the screen display is upside down? Its not the monitor because when windows is booting everything is ok and the right way up. As soon as you get to the desktop everything is upside down? Just a standard workstation with a basic onboard intel display adapter. we have some pc`s where u can invert the screen for TFT displays using nvdias software but this is just a bog standard pc.
 what the hell is going on?
where do i start?

tried safe mode?
have a look and see if it thinks its a projector or something.

put the screen other way around? 
if its a CRT monitor then its probably something down to the graphics card or monitor. Check that the monitor works on another system, if its cool...then uninstall drivers, download updated one froms the manufacture and re-install them and see what happens 
Have a look on the support pages on the intels website and see if there is anything like this, or google for software that will rotate your screen if all else fails
