I did, going to and from o2, to hear them say send it off for two weeks etc etc after i couldnt send texts and it was slow navigating etc, i then got this code to do a normal reset:
*#7780# which didnt work, so i then got a code for a "deep" reset - *#7370#, which now works, just thought id help someone else out who is having problems with their 6600 Grr

Whatever you do, don't get a 6230, touted as better than a 6600 they aint, they have longer video, but nothing else except small size and NO symbian, don't get a 7610 like me either, they have an odd sized mem card, and no infra red, they have better camera, but lack a few of the features of the 6600 i used.
Having said that, the only phone provider clued up on the correct settings for the series 60 phones seems to be orange, you hear all this cack about Orange being expensive, but unlike 02 at 50p a min, the customer services are free, and they aort everything out quickly. Vodafone and o2 customer care sucks ass.

6230 kicks arse mate best phone out at the moment jus got a 256mb flash card for mine, built in mp3 sorted

On my 6600 i deleted all the programmes i dont use n its not slow now. altho i cant get the settings to send fotos!

6230 is good for music storage with a larger mem card and its also stereo, but it aint the best phone out, the 6600 and 7610 have the ability to install apps with the symbian, like I got trafficmaster software on mine and philips camcorder pro with full editing suitem make some home pornos, and camera fx, you cant put apps on a 6230, but they are good for mp3 and they are smaller. Also I got a gamebot emulator and nintendo emulator and also Doom, Interstellar flames and all other games you just cant get on the 6230 or the 7200 and the trendy clam phones.
