Maybe try restarting your comp, I can't think of anything else at the moment than to switch off and try again...

How do the file sizes compare to the ones on your hard drive?
You're using IE 6 on Windows XP right?

Check the size in bytes and compare that with what the garage tells you they are.

It appears that way, and thats consistent with how the images end up looking.
Do you use Outlook or similar or CS webmail? I need a photo emailing but don't use webmail as that may exhibit the same symptom.

Yeah transfer over MSN and someone else upload and see how they are, I'm also curious to see what happens when you upload four at once.
