I have a new manager after 4 months! He starts Monday, taking me for a coffee in the morning and sitting down and talking about where to start and what he wants from the Brokerage.
It has been a tear ful day tho  cos the person i was working with leaves today/tomorrow... walked her to her car earlier and she gave me a hug i was crying cos i didnt want her to go. She has really helped me through been here with that pervy guy! Told me to stick in there 
Still applying for other jobs tho!
So went from 3 people down to 2 and then down to 1 (me ) and now back up to 2
Means i might have to actually work now

What my brokerage does is.....
WE are funding my local government to go and visit employers on the docks (shipping) and offer to part pay using vouchers to the employer to put his/her employees on training courses to better themselves to do the job better.
Shipping/forklift drivering/admin.... anything which makes up a company and their employees!
