Take off drum, knock pin out, grease up the new one and pop it back in the way it came out. When you take off the drum you will see that it is a 2 minute job.

Races are easy. Just bang em out with a flatblade and hammer - 2tapps one side then two the other and keep going until it pops out. Hit the new ones in squarely using a block of wood then the use the old race to finish off.
Its the same as a headset on a pushbike if youve ever done that...
