I have a 2000 Corsa Sport 1.6 16v and i am looking into an engine conversion to make it a 2.0 16v. Can anybody help me in guiding me where i can go to get this done and what sort of price i would be looking at?
Cheers Chris.

OK cheers for that, i was looking at the regal website and they wanted £3500 for 2.0 16v conversion, i thought that was a bit steep, courtenay wasn't much better either.

Lee mitchell, beardy or J100 RSA do them and it will cost you £1500 for a drive in drive out conversion, just remember and upgrade you suspension and brakes.

That will be fine, just upgrade your brakes to 2ltr spec or higher

You'd need higher poundage springs IIRC.

Once the car's had an engine conversion, it's likely to cost you more than if you had a car that came with the 2.0 16v engine standard.
£2850 for insurance at 17, jesus, I thought mine was bad.
