just renewed my insurance with 1 yr's ncb and i sent proof to my new insurer and i got a letter saying the proof i provided is showing i actually have 2 yr's ncb, but it is impossible because year b4 last i was on my dads policy so i can only have 1 ncb, but im happy as my insurance has go down from 641 fully comp to 504 fully comp

got it all written down in black and white, so gonna act dumb if any ? are asked lol
