hi,
just wondered what u lot used on your bumpers, i dont fancy gettin mine sprayed but they r very light grey, i used some stuff on them the other day i think it was some turtle wax stuff for bumpers and it washed off in places in the rain, can anyone recommend anything?

boot polish mate cherry stuff, i used to use it before i got a kit, black as the ace of spades,and it shines!!(winner)

turtle wax balck in a flash! or simonz back to black it works great and only a fiver a tin.

just stay away from rain or it will just wash off

its just a quick fix.

back to black but if its really faded use autoglym bumper gel

i use autoglym vinyl and rubber cleaner then spray a thin coat of silicone spray over them

ye i looked at an autoglym stand last night, loads of stuff on there, does that not wash off then, just its always raining here.

This is the stuff I used before cc'ing, soaks right into the plastic, brings them up black and doesn't wash off in the rain etc...

Some paint suppliers sell it... Its not something you can get in halfords. Just ask around, youy can quote the "plastic and Rubber Cleaner 07B" on the bottle.

Best part is it works on bumpers and tyres too
