I recently bought a product for £155 from a company. Just checked my balance and its gone from £838 to £340
I was going to buy some ice products too this week but some strange transaction is happening here

No cos apparently its being authorised. Went in2 the bank today and phoned them up. All they say is we cant check until the transaction has been completed.

I was hoping to buy all my ice as well. Had to phone them up to postpone my order explained to them that way too much money is coming out of my acc for no reason. Was hoping to get it for next weekend so we can fit it

course they can check it ya fool, its YOUR MONEY thats going out , you can stop any transaction thats going through if it aint actually be cleared into their account.
Go to the bank , ask them where its going , they make a call and find out and then u can tell them yeh its ok or no stop it.

the people in the branch cannot see what has been authorised, they can only see amount if it has been earmarked.
but they can telephone card services/visa disputes who can tell them. they is just being lazy. which bank is it??

alrite mate i work in a bank ad things like that a normally some company who has just decided 2 debit ur card 4 a poduct u forget about - they can take the money anytime up 2 6 months after u bought it, they wont ov been able to check 2day as the system wont b updated yet as its not classed as a bank working day so will probz have to check on monday. they shud b able to show amounts and companys then.
could phone but wud probz get the same reply, if its a credit card however ur best off phonein as branches cant get in2 the visa system 2 check it out 4 ya , just 2 save u a wasted trip it is.
