I got one when I was 21. They also said age is not a problem, so long as you have held your license for a year. EuropeCar I think they were called.

you have to be atleast 21, and depending on how old you are/experience, depends on what car you can get. e.g. 21 year olds can only get like 12v corsa ect.

I hired a moped out in Cyprus. They drive on the left like us so giving way and what not was the same. Doubt i'd hire one out where it'd mean me driving on the right Couldnt get my head round that.

The moped was tops Used it to travel everywhere, even to buy water down the road

we got one 50cc scooter out between four of us in portugal ,we all got on and went on piss and drive back every night. saved loads of money but the scooter was nackered when it went back

can't remember what the company was called but they've been on tv could be holidayautos.co.uk or something. Anyway, type in ur age and destination and it'll tell ya!

can't be bothered to read everyones replies but its annoying. About me and 7 mates went to spain and stayed in a villa. Would been wicked to have a rental car but we were all 20!!

Was very annoying. And the point of that someone said where if your 21+ and only been driving a month, its ok
