I've just had a 53 plate 1400 SRi all morning for work, and i've got out aching!!
Admittedly i'm 6'3", but even with the seat right back there is like ZERO room. And then everything inside poor quality plastic tat!!
Oh and u dont want me to start on about the power.......Lol.
Ok rant over. Owners of this car, please now tell me how u get by.....

Never liked the look of the C, plus I took one for a test drive & it was sooo fekin nasty inside, no room, cramps, the lot!
also couldnt do the pedals well cos of my shoesize, the B was a bit better but still took some getting used to!

Nah trust me matey - it WASNT A TEST DRIVE! lol. I HAD to drive it, ferrying people/gear around for work.
U'd never get me back in one of them.
As for the power....well maybe it hadnt loosened up as it only had 4k on the clock, but second and third gear did nothing, unless u screamed the absolute fcuk out of it everywhere! I think i got around 3mpg doin that.
What a car hey!
(Soz if this seems harsh, but for a £9k or woteva one of them is...its shocking. I thought the Astra mk4 was bad)

You freak, I had a Corsa B and a C, and i'm sorry the B was 10 x worse to drive than the C was, room wise and feel of driving.
mind you the pair of them are shit to drive handling wise and power, but I would still have my C back any day.

Those who say the corsa c 1.2 16v is faster than the corsa b 1.2 16v is silly... both make the same power

Sooty, the 1.2 16v on T/V and later corsa B engines put out 75bhp. Same as the new corsa C 1.2 . Older Corsa B 1.2 16v had only 65bhp.

Novas are definately better, but they rust like a bitch and if u crash, ur dead. Woteva happens. Corsa B u've got a better chance with the ABS, air bags etc. Corsa C even better, but they are generally poop cars.

One of my mates crashed his nova through a wall and followed through to the house and ended up in the kitchen all 5 got out with no injuries.
Nova was killed but the people in it were not.

My brother rolled an SR over, it crushed the roof down to near window line immediately. It was a 25mph accident, if that. Both mates in the back were injured, front both had bad injuries.
Second car, GTE. Was lowered -60mm, went down a large pot hole and it near enough ripped the whole susspension turret to bits.
3rd car was a GSi. Lorry swerved out in front, nova slid sideways as he braked, hittin rear of lorry at around 20mph faster than the lorry, near enough split car into. Bro was seriously injured, back and head.
No strength to them at all. They have to be seem welded just to accept an XE otherwise the pull apart from the torque.

No probs, if ur sub 6 foot then fine, but anything less and they are terrible.
i know they are a supermini, but still. 306 is hardly 'big', but pug utilise the rear leg room for driver comfort. its the best way!
