Anyone experienced at lowering cars?

I need to do mine but ain't got any compressors and never done it before!

didnt use compressors for mine, just let the spring shoot off

dint use em for mine neither, if u can do the back ones yrself its a case of undoin 4 bolts, dropping the back and replacing the springs, dead easy, 10min job

fronts are a bit harder, get sum1 to do it ul probs pay bout £15 a side
