has anyone ever had a crunching noise inside their head when you move it from side to side, or back to front?!

i have it and its beginning to get on my nerves... anyone know how i get rid of it?!

i have it but its cos i've got some sort of condition in my neck where the cartilege(sp) between the bones is wearing & going mushy - been like this for a few years now

if i move my head quick enough it cracks & is quite loud

have to have physio every 3 months because of it too which fekin hurts
