You remove the two pins from the hinge, there are e-clips holding them in place.

i have one,just need some other peoples personal instructions,Any idea on how to get the pins out he hinges,do i need to buy a special tool?

They're just held on with e-clips I think, they come off with pliers. The pins just get knocked out. The support cylenders just pop off as they are on ball joints - you can un bolt the too if you like. Get a froend to hlp you lift it off...
