are there certain makes that build wheels with offsets of et45 to et49 or is it just random coz i no oz dont fit corsas, or is that just the superturismos?

most OZ theyre highest offset is like 42 but its usually 38 am sure

some companies that do
et45/48/49

Fox don't do Vauxhall offets... Which is odd, because I was sold a set saying that they were ok. But looking at them it would appear that they were modifid to reduce the offset
