eg in 30 zone,
30-39 = 2 points £40
up to 45 = 3 points £60
anything over £45 is 6 points £100

is it good or bad?

its like contradictin what speed enforcement is tho, shud they keep the original, by chaning it so suit motorists that are creeping slightly over is like saying speeding ok for speeders that are creeping over the limit if u get what im saying

I think it should be

0-5 mmph over the limit =???
6-10 mph over the limit = ???
10-15 mph ... and so on!

my uncles a traffic cop, and he says all the ones they catch doing 31-35 in 30 zones they just cant deal with because theres that many, they'd be snowed under with shitloads of penalties to issue, so they only do the ones over 7% breaking of the limit, and even then they are busy as ferk with that
