Red has right of way over blue, blue should not have come onto the roundabout until it was clear. Blue was in the wrong.

Blue. Red car should've never been able to catch him.

Red car should have applied handbrake to induce a slide on the roundabout, drifting the car around the obstacle, and using its broadside to prevent the blue one from passing

Red should have been indicating right from the moment it reached the roundabout... Therefore it was in the wrong first.

Even though the red wasn't indicating immediately, the blue was still obviously driving too slow.

Blue is in the wrong.

Failed to give way to a correctly proceeding vehicle and then used the wrong lane on the roundabout.
