Just fitted a pair of smoked headlights to my corsa b and cant connect the leveling adjusters. There seems to be a small inner piece on the vauxhall standard ones but none in the new ones, ive tried swapping them but it wont come out. The leveling arm click straight into the vauxhall ones but wont go into the smoked ones, it sits kind of loose. When switching from 0 to 3 you can hear the mechanism move, but the angle of the lights stays as it was. Hope anyone has any ideas because everytime i switch to full beam i get a nice bright view of the tops of trees

i had the same problem with my leveling adjusters when i had to buy a new light dont no why its like that but u can fail ur MOT cos of it. ad to get a new light with the leveling adjuster already fitted.

u should of got an extra rod that connects onto the rod coming out of the orignal adjuster. push that on and then push it into the light again. make sure that the adjuster is fully out before u push it back in otherwise it wont reach. give that ago.

yeah i got a small rod extra when i got my smoked lights from lmf.

Yeh the ones i got were off ebay so wasnt rly clear that it needed them. I found an old pair of headlights in the garage so drilled the back out and removed the adapter, seems to work  lucky the old lights were allready knackered tho.lol

I have a set of Twin headlights on my car but my height adjustment doesnt work with these. does anyone know how to get this to work? Would it be same or a bit diff than mentioned above?
