I have Microsoft Office Outlook on windows xp. This week i have had about 6/7 emails containing viruses, but am too dense to know how to block them. Is there anyone who can tell me how id do this.

depends on who u get your email from, get yourself a good virus checker... norton or summat, i get the same

I haev norton and scan them when they come through. its just an inconvenience with the amount that im getting recently....since i joined CS
