What is the quickest out of these two cars cos i have heard that the ford ka engines are really crap.

I was told that the 1.3 KA engine is the same as the very old Fiesta engines???

Ive got a Ford Ka, and i reckon there preety shit, but if all goes to plan, a rs 1600 lump is goin in it in november, but the ka would win matey, ive raced one, with a fulll car aswell. has a struggle to keep up with a 106 1.1 lol but hey, beats a 1l corsa easily

The Pug 106 1.1 is well nippy but i broke mine Trying to to kill the Saxo now too

A lad i know, who now has a Clio 172-bashing Fiesta Zetec-S (see other CS thread on this subject), used to have a 1.3 Ka.

And guess what - he said he had 130mph out of that too.

a mate of mine is getting a puma lump dropped in his ka as we speak will be ready on wednesday!! such excitment! there is one round my way with a crazy rs turbo lump in it, matts corsa who you using to do your conversion? and they handle suprisingly well for what they are, mind you they do have a wheel on EACH corner

my friend had a 1.1 saxo he put an air filter and backbox on it and he raced his friends ford ka and it was pretty close to about 95mph.

I drove a bird 1.3 KA back from Lee's house when i dropped my car off and it just about hit 110 (on the clocks ) with a veeeeery long run up. Handle quite nice tho
