ive got problem with my corsa, it seems to not happen all the time , there are good days and bad!

when im coming to a stop and dip the crutch it stalls. and when driving sometimes i can fell that the cars being held back as if someones squeezing the fuel pipe. but the main probs the stalling, sometimes when i can tell its gonna stall i let clutch up again to jump start.

can any one tell me what the hells the trouble...many thxs.

few q's have you fitted a digidash or changed engine recently, and also does your engine managment light ever come on?

check all ur fuses

at a guess check the fuel lines at the fuel filter and maybe replace it. it's on the drivers side, infront of the rear wheel.

or maybe the idle air control valve is buggered. mine used 2 eitha drop the revs really low or stall wen my iacv was knackered and also struggled 2 get up 2 speed

i had a problem sorta like this in my car...it was one of the relays coming loose

mine does it after i put a 1.4 16v in..

engine comes on and when the revs drop... it cuts out...
same thing good days and bad days.. ive blocked the egr and the secondary valve,.. and removed the secondary air pump...

but ive got the wrong idle control valve in there... would this make the light come on still? cos usually it dont

On mine its been in2 the garage twice and both times he says its an air leak. Ive tryd every part where the air can get in and it all seems ok. ive rang a local garage 2day which only deal wiv vauxhalls corsa/novas and ive got it booked in on saturday so if all goes well ill let u no wot it was. In the meantime id check all the air pipes thd maybe a standard filter
