For those that know some silly new driver wrote off my corsa B 7 mths ago in a car park and pulled out of a junction when she should of given way and then her and dodgy witness tried to say it was my fault

Received a letter from my solicitors sayin 3rd party accepts liability and you will receive payment of £1,950 from loss of earnings, excess, hire costs etc, after it was due to go to court, even though she made 50/50 and 75/25 offers to me and i refused to accept any fault!

made my fucking day this has

Is that £2k in total? Or is that just loss of earnings, costs, etc and they're adding the value of the car on top of that??

i will get £2k hire costs were £100, excess was £350, rest is personal injury and loss of earnings, my insurance company paid out on my car a month after the accident for £2350 not including excess

not bad for splittin it for £1500 of parts and gettin near £4k for a 1.0 12v corsa b that was in quite a state tbh

Good lad . 7months!!! fucking hell dont seem like two minutes ago, saying that mines been 6month but still aint got to court yet

its gone from him saying i were on wrong side of road (when i had two empty lanes anyhow) to a new "asain" witness saying he was following me , when the actual old couple who were coming down behind me gave a statement to police , my mate who were in car they would not use as a witness .to police saying i will be getting procecuted, so i ignored them phone calls ect - then they left a msg saying if i go on a drivers course and go on youth offenders they will let me off so i told em to get fucked in a polite way. then i got a letter through two wk ago saying they aint doin no one now

then my insurance , investigator and my solisitor have said the company that he was so called with "taxi choice" may not be a company. But if he aint insured my solisitor said we can claim off motor insurers beauro(sp) or try and claim against his assets like his house

bastards

some pics of mine

Ben mate just persist, i turned down endless offers to split the claim.

Dodgy asian companies are always around, thats not being racist but im still being sued by one though he has been caught with them staging accidents fraudulently.

at the end of the day stick with it and it will get better not worse for you.
