i have just fitted a 2litre to my car and after doing so i have no dash lights behind the speedo temp sensor and petrol gauge but i do have all of the lights like the handbrake light and engine managment light could this be because i havent connected a wire?

Yeah definatly sounds like dodgy wiring somewhere, retrace it and see if you can see any loose wires etc.

check th plug is properly inserted into the back of the switch

nah i have checked this it was a little out put it in properly but they still do not work grrr bloody cars

im pretty certain i checked that and my interior light still works and so does the computer thing
