right i've broken my engine so am getting the same engine 1.4 16v of sumone to replace mine, but i hav a Toad ai606 will i need to get this wired into my new engine? or dus it not bother the engine?

if u know wut i mean

seperate from the engine. will only affect it when you disconnect your battery and take out the engine, because It might go mad at you and go off so you might need to disable it

actually come to think of it, i'm not sure if its plummed into the ecu and if thats change then the alarm might need playing with.

Make sure that when you replace the engine that you also replace the chip inside your key with the one for the new engine otherwise the fucker wont start.

The ai606 wiring is done inside the car before the engine loom so it wont be plummed into the ECU.

yer waiting for my engine source to find out bout the chip kwy and ecu... am certain he dont need thm, but he just wants to check

no hang on, if you keep the same ECU you have already for the new engine, you wont need to change the key chip.

my ecu is fuck as well as other things on my engine... so i need the ecu and chip regardless....

id change engine loom engine, ecu chip and immob ring

just to rule out everything faulty on the old engine
