If they do get arsey about it then you could probably repair it and make the joint even stronger.

when i had problems with the clearence on my wheels i was e-mailing a guy at FK and he was very helpful but when i was like well it might come to getting are-fund and he went abit quiet then

My coilovers are about 10/11 months old now and are still shiny(ish) and dont look anything like that!

When it comes to warrenty though, you are better of speaking to the company or distributor about getting a replacement. Also inform them that one of thier dealers is being an asshole and hopefully they will stop that person selling thier stuff again.

Any problems with fitment when aftermarket suspension or wheels are concerned is pretty much down to the buyer to investigate any fitments before hand.

The FK coilovers would be fine with standard wheels, but if you fit aftermarket wheels they can hardly be held responsible for you wanting bigger wheels to go with their product.

Dan, what did the place you bought the coilovers from say about them? Are they not in the slightest concerned?

Did you pay by credit card - if so, contact them as they'll arrange the refund.

I'm sure FK would happily sort the swap out, they'd just need a dealer to act as the middle man. You spoken to FK?
