I got a grey dash Board in my GSI, some corsas the later ones i belive had black dash borads, i want one, how much of a pain to change are they? and would it be easier to use the interior spray instead, can ya get an even finish with it, im qite happy removing the speedo, surround heater controls etc its just the main dash, is the wiring all attached etc, is it worth doing or not
cheers

the dash in my GSi is black
should I be proud of this?
tbh I'd swap the dash over, its not too hard, just fiddly with all the wiring & removing of steering wheel...
plus least then unlike if you painted the gray, it wont peel or be blotchy

wiring will just unclip tho from under dash
4 bolts under scuttle, but you have to remove the wiper motor/mechanism to get to one of the bolts.

I dont think they ever did a gsi with the black dash, they had the darker anthracite dash but never a black dash.
Black dashs were fitted post 97!

i can get hold of one for £70, would be a nice change, but with my clifford all wired up and the amount of wiring i have done behind the dash it could be a nightmare, might be a job to do when i get my special dash off you and broster
