but u asked them for photo evidence so you could determine who was driving

cant u take them to court for failing to provide it

Yeah but im not summons for speeding its failing to supply driver info

They sent me all the evidence and all there is for the speeding is a a4 sheet with my number plate, the speed and over how may metres

the dude who used to live in my old house had pics of him send etc, that was from a camera van, he had a 325i convbertable, lol!!! wonder how i knew that
