Right... Bloke i work with has a 1999 corsa sport 1.6 16v with 57000 miles on the clock... never had any parts just the normal services... just had an mot check... and... there is nothin wrong with it

My 1.6 sport has had everythin... an engine at 10000 miles... head at 25000 miles... track rod ends, ball joints, sensors, steering rack, started motor, crank sensor, and those are just the probs that spring to mind at the mo...

My celica needs tyres and break pads already and there is only 10000 miles on the clock...

So... Am I too hard on cars

Sounds like you cant drive sensibly, seems like hard cornering and hard braking, which isnt necessery on public roads.

Edit: No this isnt a I drive like a priest and you should too post, just saying save yourself some money, i certainly dont drive like a priest
