Apparently Westminster. It's a fake Wesminster though, seeing as the real one is in London and has an 020 dialing code. The person left a message on my answer phone asking me to call back. Though he had not learned how to use the phone yet and spat his message down the reciever making it uninteligable.

you call also get them to direct it to another number (after so many rings) mate has this done to his house phone etc but if you dont like people leaving messages etc then you get it directed to a porno number of something
