got a problem with my engine where when i puch my clutch in the revs go up instead of down, i was told it was the lamber censor so i bought n fitted a new 1 but there is no difference. does any1 no what could be wrong with it. thanx 4 any help.

were is the idle control valve on the engine. its a 1.4 16v SRi.

Mine was the throttle body sticking, managed to free it off with some wd40 though.
