i am currently looking at all different kinds of suspension set up for my corsa B 1998 1.2 8v (dont laugh, it wont be that size forever)
looking for a -50 drop allround and good handling. Also, the suspension must be able to cope with a 1.6 16v or a 2.0 transplant.
is this actually a good peice of kit and wheres the best place to get it from?

wheels are 7 x 17 et 45 and i dont want to use spacers or anything now or fanny about with them loads.

yeah personally i still think you should get the FK Highsports, just get them with the 2ltr springs now then u aint gotta worry.
your wheels are the ame as mine and mine fit so no reason y yours shudnt.

still considering it mate, just tryin to find out as much as i can about the different set ups before i buy.
any one got an opinion on the spax psx kit?

if you decide to go for a normal kit most people will reccomend Koni yellow dampers and either Eibach/Whiteline springs...

I had a spax psx kit.
Was really good quality kit, but the drop wasnt quite the 40mm it stated imo, so ditched them in favour of FK highsport coilovers. Am well pleased with them, even though they dont offer adjustrable dampening, that is a toy you'll get bored with and wont use for long.
FK highsports all the way mate

koni yellow dampers with eibach sportline -50mm springs only drop 50 at the front and 30 at the back.....want 50 all round.
adisri, where can i get these whiteline springs mate?

demon tweeks supply them m8y, and they do make a 50mm kit.

psx are wank. iv had them, the seals blew, and not a hint of customer service from spax, so im left with two knackered shox that can only be thrown away.
