As topic title reads, i have lowered it 60mm on gmax shocks wiv 15" alloys

i fink the top mount bolts arent tight enough as i can only see the bit u hold still wiv an adjustable spanner and no thread showing, the front is in the archs but the back is just in the archs and looks alot higher.

does anyone know how to resolve this? or have hints how they did there car?

cheers

Get a load of ICE in the boot

You should also be able to see quite a bit of thread on the top of the shocks so id make sure its done up properly...

ya only meant to nip up the thread on the rear otherwise you will get an anoying rattle from the shocks, i had 60mm G-max springs and the buggers dropped the rear 70mm+ give it time to settle

gmax springs are crap, the drop varies wildly from one kit to next, i know a 2 local guys who both bought the gmax -40mm kit at the same time from same shop, when one was fitted it was about -30mm, the other was about -70mm right on the ground, front wheels scraping all the time the lot.

Avoid them IMO.

I have exact same wheels as yours and couldnt decide whether to lower by 40mm or 60mm. That looks v nice indeed for 14's.
Did you have to change the whole shocks or is it just 60mm springs on the car? I dont want to have to go to too much expense.
