Should my 16" wheels be rubbing my arches if i've had it lowered 40mm on gmax susp kit?.....wheels are 16X7 with 194/45 tyres......i've looked at other corsa sports on here and they are no where near as low as mine???

Mine did on one side when I had 16's and a 40mm drop... You might need to de-bolt the arches, knock or cut the inner arch so the wheel fits and then bond the plastic arch back to the bodywork. No biggie. Do a search for this because mistdotcom did a whole tutorial on it

ive got mine down at least 40mm on 17's and get no rubbing! altho I have ground the plastic arches down slightly which is very easy btw!

ah yes i forgot about doing this - i bonded on all my arch covers aswell!

what susp kit have you got on yours 1600 power?....is it worth debolting the front arches and bonding them back on...does it make much difference?
