What was your favorite board game or games when you were a kid any why ?

I didn't climb trees but i smashed greenhouses when i was a youth. The local farmer had a massive greenhouse and we used to hide in his field and throw stones at it.
I used to get all excited when i saw his Land Rover on the horizon, he gave chase, some made it through the wire fence, some didnt
