I can't even remember the 7-layers any more
Do a search for the ISO model / OSI model.

“An investigation into Physical layer used in communications systems"
and will comprise sections such as:
Abstract, Introduction, Media, MAC addresses, Access protocols........
got the rest of it done just the access protocols, would that be CSMA, ALOHA etc etc?
