I got a SP30 in Jan and haven't told my compnay about it yet untill it's up for renewal (police and others told me to wait)

Anyway i heard this offence is hardly anything and only affects your insurance by about £20

Just done an online quote for a diff car and it changes by £100 when i add the SP30

Do i say or what ?

Yes. Best to be honest mate or it could cost you alot of money if you were to claim and they found out you lied.

just basing it on our system but i'm sure the same applies.

if you look through your insurance documents u will find a cloze about 'non disclosure of information'

basically says that if you dont informt them of somthing that may affect there ability quote you then your insurance may be null and void inthe case or an accident.

Your choice..

No SP30 is exceeding a statutory speed limit on a public road, no mention of what the limit is.

10, 20, 40, 50 and 60 are all to do with type of vehicle and limits imposed for them, a motorway offence and an undefined offence for all exceptional cases.
