paid a load of cheques into bank on the 1st November!

Just got a letter today they have credited my account with £8 becuase I inputted 1 cheque as £30 when it was really £38, the writing said £38 but you could not see the top circle on the 8 in the number box!

I'm gobsmacked

Banks are shite!!!

Took me 2 weeks to change me pin number and in the mean time i couldnt get any money out.... same happend to me cousin aswell!!!
