i think they look good when slammed but nower days most corsa have 16's and 17's so they look small

I would never have 17's anyhow.

15s are the way forward, best handling and not stupid tyre prices, and dont slow ya car down

C16XE = Plastic Inlet = Horrible noise which everything thinks my engine is falling apart but in actual fact makes no difference what so ever.
Was playing with the Blue Astra GSi that was parked next to me last night.

one of them exhaust pipes is nearly as big as a wheel
think im goin for 17" on my gsi but slammed, loads of arch work going to be needed

15's were already on my car, think i'd go with 16's but anything bigger you loose power, have to start fucking around with the arch's and tyres cost a fourtune.

The outer rolling radius of a 15" 16" and 17" wheel is very similar. All you are doing is replacing rubber and air with metal, thus improving on handling but degrading on ride quality... Your right about tyre prices though
