there is a function called u2u - its allows people/users to send private messages to one and another.

In this case, i believe no one could give a flying shite what island your bumming in GTA, therefore use the wonderful u2u function

yes theres 100 - you have to spray all 100 tags collect all oysters and collect all horse shoes buy all houses and the 50 photo ops - so it will let u finish the game
